Marcus Rashford came under fire for his below par performance against Newcastle on Saturday night.
Manchester United lost 1-0 at St James’ Park, with Erik ten Hag’s side restricted to just one shot on target all game.
Rashford lined-up on the right, with Anthony Martial playing through the middle and Alejandro Garnacho on the left.
United’s attack never looked like threatening Newcastle, with Ten Hag at one point seemingly berating Martial.
Rashford’s night was cut short in the 61st minute, after Anthony Gordon had scored, as he was replaced by Antony.
The 26-year-old cut a frustrated figure on the bench as he had to watch the rest of the match from the sidelines.

The England international continues to struggle for form this season, having netted just twice in 18 games.
It was a completely different story in the 2022/23 campaign where he scored 30 times for Ten Hag.
Rashford’s performance came under fire from former Premier League star Jermaine Jenas, who delivered a bleak verdict.
He told TNT Sports: "I think he is sending a message to his manager almost like 'I don’t want to play out here'. He is looking at [Alejandro] Garnacho on the left, and it’s criminal putting your team under that type of pressure by not doing your duties as a wide man and tracking back.

"It’s clear as well, [Tino] Livramento knows that he does not want to go with him. He’s never there and it’s time and time again.
"He has no interest in tracking him back and [Harry] Maguire and [Luke] Shaw are constantly coming to the rescue due to the ineptitude of the wide players."
After the match, Ten Hag said he would speak to Rashford privately to try and address his poor form this season.
In his press conference, he added: “I think he knows he can do better than he's doing now. I'm sure it'll come.
"He works hard, he will finish and it will come. It’s not automatic. As you've seen today, we were in the right positions and the decision-making was not good enough and we didn't score."
Marcus Rashford looks to be saying “what the f*ck am I doing here?”
If that’s the case, on your bike son 👋🏼👋🏼👋🏼
