Okay, so this is what we know so far. Jerry Seinfeld was seen a few weeks back, filming at Monk’s Restaurant (where they used to shoot his show, Seinfeld) with Larry David and Jason Alexander. Many people assumed this would be for a Super Bowl ad. But guess what? It isn’t for a Super Bowl ad. As a matter of fact, Seinfeld drops hints that it may just be something bigger than any of us could expect. A Seinfeld movie? Truth is, we are not sure yet.

Jerry Seinfeld was on WFAN’s Boomer and Carton show, where the comedian fielded a few questions about that day filming in his old haunt. This is all we know:

Yes, he was filming with Seinfeld cast.

Yes, Larry David is on board.

It is NOT for an episode of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee

It is NOT A Super Bowl commercial.

The only other things we know is that it is a one-shot thing, and will last decidedly longer than 60 seconds.

Man, Seinfeld drops hints, but they are only making us more curious. What could this project be? When will we see or hear about it? Are the other Seineld cast involved, too?

Truth is, we told you all we know. Safe to bet we will be following this story closely, though, and will tell you as soon as we find out any more juicy details.
